Application Guide

1. Create an Account

   • Click Create Account.
   • Enter your valid email address.
   • Click Send Verification Code.
   • Check your email inbox for the verification code.
   • Enter the code on the portal and click Verify & Continue.
   • Fill the account creation form and set your password.
   • Click Create Account.

2. Login

   • Enter your email address and password.
   • Click Login.

3. Make Payment

   • After login, proceed to the payment page.
   • Confirm the application fee and complete payment.
   • Print or save your payment receipt if available.

4. Fill Biodata Form

   • Complete all required personal information.
   • If you selected BASIC NURSING, enter your JAMB Score.
   • The minimum JAMB score for Basic Nursing is 180.

5. Upload Required Documents

   • Upload your passport photograph.
   • Fill in your academic details correctly.
   • Provide correct examination subjects, grades, exam type, and year.

6. Review Your Application

   • Carefully check all information before final submission.
   • Make sure your name, email, phone number, application type, and academic details are correct.

7. Submit and Print

   • Submit your completed application.
   • Print your application slip/acknowledgement page.
   • Keep your login details safe for future access.

Important Notice

Use a personal and valid email address because verification and password reset codes will be sent to that email. Do not use another person’s email address.
